All Latino Lit makes me think about is some great Spanish food - Cuban bread, beans and rice, ropa vieha, picadillo - yum! I don't suppose you can write about food?
Actually, I am writing about one of the books we read and a good deal of my paper will focus on food. I'm looking forward to it. Well, Ok, not really but I do like writing about food.
My mother had fat-free hot chocolate at home but I couldn't seem to find it here, nor can I remember where she got it. So I'm stuck with tea. And yes, I may need to be inebriated before looking at my evaluations!
