Theoretically, the Sunshine Network isn't one of the channels we get on basic cable, but we can kind of watch it — the reception is too snowy to actually see the puck, but we could at least listen to the game. Naturally, Karen was out of the room when "Marty Saint Loowee" made the winning goal.
I guess it didn't sell out early enough, because it was not only a sellout, but the biggest crowd in Ice Palace (and no, I won't call it the other name) history. Besides, there was probably golf or NASCAR for ESPN to show.
No, they got me all lathered up promising the game as soon as stoopid basketball was over, they showed a split second of the game and then cut to ESPN News. Hrumph.
