And while I'm on a roll...

As long as I'm complaining about companies:

Package 1 picked up by FedEx in Pittsburgh, PA at 3:28 PM EST yesterday. Currently sitting in a sort facility in Ohio.

Package 2 picked up by FedEx in Portland, OR (actually Vancouver, WA) at 6:42 PM EST yesterday. Currently on vehicle for delivery in Tallahassee.

Ah, consistency.

FedEx ground or air?
They were both supposed to be 2-day.

An added wrinkle to the story: the one coming from Vancouver, according to the tracking info, was delivered at 9:34 this morning (less than fifteen hours from door to door). And yet I haven't seen hide nor hair of it.

Call 1-800-Go-FedEX and make a claim... bypass all the automatic systems by pressing zero roughly three or four times, then you have a living breathing person to speak to... how will probably know as much about your package, as they do about bluetooth...
Turns out it had been delivered, but the mailroom hadn't bothered to make deliveries all day. I went in and picked it up myself this morning.
