We need to replace the drum in a laser printer. After three weeks, I've finally heard back from the purchasing department: I need to put in a Purchase Request for the printer's service manual, in order to obtain the serial numbers for the parts I then have to put in a second Purchase Request for.
Also, I was told that no matter how busy I was, I really needed to keep on top of a particular issue (despite the fact that I produced several examples of my daily status reports in which I identified this exact issue).
This is not shaping up to be a good day.
