Now I'm getting pissed.
Faces of Insanity

So. I do a good, conscientious job at work, and my reward is even more work to do. Somebody else slacks off, is unreachable more than half the time and doesn't achieve all of his goals, and he gets promoted to supervisor.

It's the Dilbert Principle, dude... "never be essential, because then you can never be promoted."
But I thought you didn't want to be a supervisor? Or is this just the principle of no work - reward?
I don't want to be in management, true — I'm just pissed that the slacker gets the pay raise (and gets to lounge around his house in his underwear instead of going in to an office every day), and the hard worker gets to work harder.

Management sucks all over. It's a wonder anything gets done at all.
