Why is Alton Brown not on the Food Network at 4 AM? Hmmmm? At least it's not the dreaded "paid programming". Anyway, just wanted to state for the record that Alton Brown rocks, he's quite clever - and his hair is too cool. He looks like the love child of Thomas Dolby, but I mean that in a good way.

It's so much more than cooking! He's like Beakman, explaining all the science and mystery of the kitchen.

*cough* Dammit. I thought "Dolby" when I scrolled down to the pic, and you guys had to start the "Blinded Me" riff. Didn't you? DIDN'T YOU?

(I prefer "One Of Our Submarines," from the early Dolby material. But I'm a weirdo.)

I like that one, I also like "Europa and the Pirate Twins". Yay weirdos! I've had that label since third grade!
