A question for my comic-book aficionado friends: Has the villain "Sinestro" always looked like a mustachioed Bill O'Reilly?

It depends on who's drawing him, but I think Ethan Van Sciver was looking for a good model for evil, and Bill's likeness came to the forefront.
I've always thought of his look as more of a malnourished Caesar Romero or perhaps Tyrone Power on dialysis.
