There is NO SUCH THING AS A "RE-GRAND OPENING". I believe the phrase you are looking for is "GRAND RE-OPENING". You can have a re-opening, but not a re-grand. Please make a note of it. If your client insists on using "re-grand" in his ad, you are encouraged to inform him that he's an idiot.
