Drake's Raid, 1995

This is a picture of me at Drake's Rade, an annual event held in St. Augustine, Florida, where people dress up in 1600's clothing and re-create a battle between the Spanish and the English. It rained the entire weekend, but I had fun anyway.

This is one of my "slumming" outfits: no trim, no ruff, no codpiece, and an unfortunately soggy hat. It was taken during the one dry moment during the weekend, which lasted all of about twenty minutes.
